Colfax High class of 2011 receives $194,000 in awards, scholarships

Twenty Colfax seniors were listed for awards and scholarships in the program insert which was distributed at Saturday’s commencement ceremony. The awards and honors were presented during scholarship night in the CHS auditorium last Tuesday.

Class members received $35,720 in one-time awards and scholarships. In addition, class members received scholarships and study grants totaling $159,020 with most valued out over a four-year period. Four-year award valuations are marked with an asterick below.

Total for the class was $194,740.
