CREWS CALLED TO GLASS SPILL

A volunteer crew was called out early Sunday afternoon to clean up shattered glass on North Main in front of Zip’s Drive-In. The glass containers spilled out of the back of a Toyota pickup truck.

Deputy Sgt. Keith Cooper, who was responding to a report of a possible fight in Tekoa, was driving behind the pickup truck at the time. Cooper stopped for initial traffic control and cleanup before city police and volunteers arrived.
