FIRE INSPECTION REPORTS ISSUED

Colfax Fire Chief Ralph Walter Monday distributed 113 fire prevention self inspection forms to downtown businesses and offices. Recipients are asked to fill out the one-page forms and send one copy back within 30 days. Ken McNaughton circulated additional forms Tuesday.
