Thrifty Grandmothers
Fifteen members and two guests met Monday in the CETC Building.
They voted to donate $500 to the Junior Rodeo Association and $1,500 to underwrite swim pool admission tickets.
Donations were approved earlier to the Community Fund, $1,250; FISH $250, and memorial donations to the Church of the Nazarene, $50, and Union Gospel Mission, $50. .
They also approved a $500 donation to support a local family facing medical expenses and $10 for a Greener Palouse.
The club will have an 11-member team competing in the Relay for Life in July.
Next meeting will be July 11 at the library...
