Trio travels to trail challenge

Keith and Carla Danielson, Hooper, and Marilyn Bafus of Endicott enjoyed the weekend of June 10-12 in Walla Walla at the Wild Cowgirl Enterprises Cowboy Trail Challenge.

Keith was successful on Hooper Crossing’s mare, Chilipepper Fox, winning three firsts,one second and one third place in the competition.

The trio was also joined by Jenny Repp of St. John, and Bill and Denise Jensen of Satsop.

Anna May Tobin’s sister Mary White of Pine City, Minn., is returning this week to spend the summer visiting here.

Bill and Della Evans hosted friend Margret McGreevy of Pullman, for a two- day visit last week.

Angi Morris and Emma Savage came to visit parents/ grandparents Pat and Howard Morris last Thursday.

They hosted former Hooper residents, Dennis and Beverly Brunsen, for lunch on Friday.

Angi returned home over the weekend and Emma will stay and visit her grandparents for 10 days.

Jessica and Ian McGregor took a vacation and sight seeing trip to Victoria, B.C. last week.
