Suspect to be sent for evaluation

Arasb Nouri Mazandarani, 36, was ordered Friday, Aug. 12, in Superior Court to undergo evaluation before the state proceeds with charges filed against him. He was arrested Aug. 10 after Pullman Police responded to a report of a man and woman arguing outside of the Cougarland Motel.
