Graham Hyland Christianson was born Aug. 24, 2011, in Spokane to Will and Audra Christianson of Spangle at eight pounds, 14 ounces. Maternal grandparents are Jeff and Judy Sitton of St. John. Paternal grandparent is Jan Christianson of Index. Great-grandparents are Dean and Doreen Sutherland and Bennie and Beverly Sitton, all of Washtucna, and Maggie Christianson, Spokane. The baby joins brothers Tommy, 10, Cameron, 4, and Jeffrey, 3.

Smillie daughter born

Ava Danger was born Aug. 24, 2011, at Whitman Hospital and Medical Center to Joe and Paula Smillie of Steptoe at six pounds, 12 ounces. Maternal grandparents are Barbara and Gref Luark of Mount Vernon and the late Laron Barger. Paternal grandparents are Bill and Raelene Smillie of Mount Vernon. The baby joins sister Madison and brother Keifer.

Zander Dent arrives

Zander Jackson Dent was born Aug. 23, 2011, at Whitman Hospital and Medical Center to Stephen Dent and Tracy Grant at eight pounds, three ounces. Maternal grandparents are Jim and Colleen Grant, St. Petersburg, Fla. Paternal grandparents are Rick and Fidele Dent of Miles City, Mont. This is the couple’s first child.
