LaCrosse Library News

The Summer Reading program at the LaCrosse Library saw 18 children sign up and fifteen complete their pledges to read ten books or ten hours during the months of June and July.

Winners of the Summer Reading drawing were Jordanne Webb and Alex Binks. This year the kids took a trip around the world and explored different countries and their cultures.

Jazlynn Webb was the winner of the Sprint Boat race ticket. The lucky winner of our adult reading program prize was Marion Bay.

LaCrosse Library is getting geared up to start fall children’s programs. Storytime starts on Thursday Sept. 15, at 10:30. Children age 0-6 are invited to come with an adult.

The Library is changing the after school program to the first Wednesday of the month. Grades 1-5 are invited to join in the fun beginning Oct. 5, at the library at 3:15.

All donations that are made to the LaCrosse Library stay in LaCrosse and go to help fund programs.

Library hours are Mondays 1-5 p.m. and Thursdays 10-2 p.m.
