BASS SUIT DISMISSED

A medical malpractice suit against Whitman Medical Group in Colfax was voluntarily dismissed under a stipulated agreement Wednesday. Dawn Bass had filed suit against the medical group after her spouse, Jon Bass, died of cancer June 2, 2010. The suit contended the medical group failed to properly perform a colonscopy for detection of the cancer.
