NOTICE OF BUDGET HEARING

TOWN OF ST. JOHN

The 2012 Preliminary Budget Hearing for the Town of St. John will be held on Monday, November 28, 2011, in the Town Hall at 6:30 p.m. Copies of the proposed budget may be obtained from the Town Clerk's office during normal business hours from the date of the publication of this notice until November 28, 2011. Citizens attending the hearing have the right to provide written or oral comments and ask questions concerning the entire budget.

ORDINANCE No. 366 2011-11

AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE FINAL BUDGET OF THE TOWN OF LACROSSE FOR THE YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 2012.

WHEREAS, the Town Council has made estimates of the amount required to meet the expenses of the Town of LaCrosse for the ensuing year and the amount necessary to be raised by taxation; and

WHEREAS, following the filing of the preliminary budget with the Clerk, notice has been published designating the dates October 13, 2011 and November 10, 2011 for a hearing for the purpose of fixing the final budget and copies of the preliminary budget have been made available to interested taxpayers at the Clerkís office; and BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LACROSSE AS FOLLOWS:

The City of Tekoa approved Ordinance No. 798 at the November 7, 2011 council meeting. The ordinance amends the Tekoa Municipal Code 6.20.050 and Ordinance No. 270, Section 4, allowing the clerk and deputy clerk to grant peddlers permits. SUMMARY OF TOWN OF GARFIELD ORDINANCE NO. 410N.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2011.

Section 1. The Annual Budget for the year 2011 (as previously amended by Ord #396N, Ord #398N, and Ord #402N) is hereby amended as follows.

Section 2. Amends certain funds (Street Fund $192,861 Rev/$182,384 Exp, Street Reserve Fund $37,500 Rev/$13,000 Exp, Water Fund $491,925 Rev/$431,463 Exp, and Utilities Reserve $174,350 Rev/$73,575) within the budget: total estimated revenues $1,536,272 appropriations $1,081,136).

Section 2. This ordinance was passed on November 9, 2011, and will be in effect five days after publication of this summary.
