HITS DEER NEAR COLFAX

Breanna K. Garwood, 20, Pullman, was unhurt when the 2000 Honda Accord she was driving struck a deer Sunday at 6:13 p.m. on Highway 195 just north of Colfax. According to the Washington State Patrol, she was driving northbound when the deer ran onto the highway a half mile north of mile marker 39.
