TREES, LIGHTS ON PROJECT LIST

Engineer Munir Daud in his 12th progress report on the Mill Street project Saturday recommended the city council declare the project suspended until spring because of the weather conditions. Daud noted the streetlights, which are slated to be shipped Nov. 29, will be installed as soon as they arrive. The mounts for the lights are ready to go once the light standards arrive.

Daud also noted the landscape sub-contractor, Living Waters of Lewiston, has about 10 trees yet to plant and will do so when they arrive from Portland. They have completed placement of sod, wood chips, river rock and other...
