Stabbing report nets arrest

Madison C. Heersink, 20, Pullman, was booked into the county jail early Sunday morning on probable charges of burglary and second degree assault. According to the arrest report from Pullman Police, Heersink is charged with stabbing her former boyfriend in an early morning argument at a residence at NE Howard Street.

Heersink allegedly told officers she became upset during a domestic violence episode when the victim repeatedly told her to leave the residence. The victim’s wounds were not life threatening, according to the report....
