Wiley earns Girl Scout bronze

Katerina Wiley, member of the Colfax Girl Scout Troop 2351, designed and built two cat trees in just over three weeks to earn her Girl Scout Bronze award. She is pictured with A. Chong, assistant manager of Whitman County Humane Society, who received the donation. The large cat tree went the Humane Society cat room and a smaller one will go home with an adopted cat. The Bronze Award is the first of three distinguished awards that Girl Scouts can earn.
