Bulldog boys roar to 3-0 on new season

Colfax boys roared out of the box on the new hoop season with a 3-0 run last week. The Bulldogs stopped Liberty 60-49 Tuesday night on the road for their first league win after defeating two NE-A foes, Lakeside and Freeman Thursday and Friday.

Brandon Gfeller booked another breakout game in the Tuesday league round with 26 points including 17 in the second quarter when the Bulldogs took the lead. They had a 36-28 lead at the break and made it hold up over the last two quarters.
