Colfax cagers head for SunDome

Colfax boys and girls basketball teams will depart for Yakima early today, Thursday, to play in the SunDome Shootout.

Colfax boys are scheduled to play Columbia of Burbank today at 1:30 p.m. and Ridgefield Friday at noon. The boys will take a 6-0 record into the dome.

Colfax girls, now 3-3, are slated to play Granger at 7 p.m. tonight and Woodland Friday at 1:30.

The Colfax teams have been practicing at Jennings gyms during the Christmas break because the high school gym underwent a resurfacing job which began after the Dec. 20 league home games with Reardan.

After the trip to Yakima, the Bulldogs will host Northwest Christian, again the defending 1B champions, Jan. 6 in an early NE league showdown. Ten more league games will follow with the first four on the road.
