Food science at SJ

St. John Library Second Wednesday Club will meet Jan. 11 from 3:30 to 4:15. Food science will be the theme and participants can learn why bread is puffy and tortillas aren’t. All students in grades 1- 4 are invited.

St. John library hours are Mondays 10:30 to 5, Wednesdays 3:30 to 6:30 and Fridays 9:30 to 1, and 2 to 5. It will be closed Jan. 16 in honor of Martin Luther King Day.
