Some problems remain: Colfax marked many changes during Mayor Becker's five terms

After 20 years at the city hall helm in Colfax, Mayor Norma Becker admits it will be a little hard to return to the resident ranks. She still finds herself thinking “we better get after that” when getting the latest update of city of Colfax doings. In fact, she admitted sending a 9:30 p.m. e-mail to the city administrator after the first of the year.

“I imagine it will gradually taper off,” she noted.
