Uniontown Deli expands

Beginning at the first of the year, Uniontown Deli owner Robin Weatherly now serves dinner and opens two hours earlier, at 7 a.m. The dinner options are focused to one dish most nights, but soon will expand.

Mondays are meat loaf, Tuesdays tacos, Wednesday and Thursday appetizers and pizza and Fridays are order-off-the-menu. Friday will soon be a fish fry night.

Weatherly designates Saturday nights for homestyle dishes such as fried chicken and casseroles. Hours are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 to 7 Saturday.
