Trial set in Four Star case

An April 16 trial date for Jonathan M. Morris, 31, Moscow, was scheduled Friday in superior court after he pleaded not guilty to charge of first degree theft and second degree burglary. Morris was jailed Feb 15 after Pullman Police responded to an early morning report of a man attempting to get help with a stuck car. They later located the suspect and subsequent investigation led to his arrest on probable charges of entering the Four Star Supply and taking cash out of the manager’s office.
