Paul Kimmel and Avista were recently named Library Supporter of the Month for helping fund renovations of the Colfax and Endicott Branch Libraries, funding library service in Malden when they had none, providing new lighting at the Oakesdale Library, and supporting Summer Reading program countywide.

Youths in grades 1-4 are invited to celebrate March Madness at the Colfax Library next Thursday, March 15 from 3:30-4:30 p.m. Kids may ride bus #5 with a note from parents to enjoy stories, crafts, games and more.

A county wide teen dance will be at the Palouse Empire. Fairgrounds next Friday, March 16 from 8-11:30 p.m. DJ Ronnie Blackwood, 92.9 ZZU will help kick off spring. The dance is $5 per person and ages 13-18.

A basic software and Internet computing class will be March 13 and 27 from 10 to noon.

IRS tax forms are still available from the Colfax Branch of the library. The library has also added a convenient link to the IRS from the library’s website at http://www.whitco.lib.wa.us.
