Footprints Child Care Center has passed its first goal of staying open for one school year, extended into the summer and sustained its success going through a second school year. The center reports 33 enrolled children who attend the facility for drop-in, part-time, full-time or emergency care.
The center employs five full/part-time employees and two substitutes. The teachers take the children on walking field trips to local businesses, parks and library. The children are supported with age appropriate curriculum.
Footprints serves children from three months old to 10 years and hopes to increase the age to 12 years before the summer months.
