Hospital Highlights

Across the country, March 30 has become known as a day we pay tribute to physicians. On behalf of the Whitman Hospital and Medical Center staff, I would like to express appreciation of our physicians and their continuing commitment to excellent care.

Physicians often provide care at a personal sacrifice of time with their families. They provide 24/7 coverage for the hospital in key areas including primary care, orthopedics, radiology and general surgery. These physicians are available to come into the hospital at a moment’s notice at all hours of the day and night to provide care.

In addition to providing care in their clinics and in the hospital, physicians also serve in formal medical staff leadership positions, as well as a number of different committees at the hospital and out in the community.

We rely on their expertise in planning new services and in continually improving the current services we offer.

Please make a point to thank a physician in honor of their service.
