Lancer charge falls short; Colfax to host Dragons

Colfax baseball Bulldogs booked three wins in four league clashes last week to move their league record to 7-3 with the St. George’s Dragons slated to arrive here Saturday for a double-header.

Tuesday, the Bulldogs took two wins over Liberty on the McDonald turf which managed to dry out enough for action after rains returned Monday.

The Bulldogs won a 26-1 cruncher in the first game with Liberty going down their bench to find a pitcher.
