Thrivent food truck to make Colfax stop

Thrivent Financial for Lutherans and Second Harvest will distribute food to those in need next Tuesday, May 22, from 10 a.m. to noon at Peace Lutheran Church in Colfax.

Vegetables, fruit and bread will be distributed to anyone in need of food assistance. No appointment or documentation are necessary to receive food. Recipients are asked to bring their own box for food.

In addition to the produce, the mobile food bank will also be distributing three-pound beef roasts through the “beef count” program.
