Wildcats, Warriors will collide for title at E-burg

Colton’s Wildcat boys will face a familiar foe at a new state playoff site Saturday when they go up against Almira/Coulee/Hartline in the state 1B title game. The state B championships have been moved from Yakima to Rotary Field in Ellensburg.

The Wildcats and ACH Warriors are booked into the 4 p.m. game Saturday.

Both contenders qualified after making 2-0 runs last week in the regional rounds Saturday.

Colton rolled to Central Valley and shut out Northport 8-0 in the first game and Odessa/Harrington 5-2 in the semi-final game
