Jones, Gfeller top SJE class of 2012

Evan Jones, son of Jeff Jones and Sabrina Jones, was named valedictorian of the St. John-Endicott High School Class of 2012 with a 4.0 grade average. During his senior year, Evan served as president of the Associated Student Body, National Honor Society and Future Business Leaders of America. Throughout his high school career, Evan also participated in Knowledge Bowl, Drama Club, cross-country and was selected as an SJE Junior Ambassador. Evan was also active as co-editor of the yearbook and co-captain of the basketball team. He will attend the University of Washington in the fall.

Meghan Gfeller, daughter of Jim and Marianne Gfeller, has been named salutatorian of the St. John-Endicott High School Class of 2012 with a grade point average of 3.98. Meghan was senior class president, National Honor Society member, FFA member and co-editor of the yearbook. She earned a varsity letter all four years in both cross country and track & field. Meghan also participated in Knowledge Bowl and Jazz Band. In the fall, Meghan will attend Gonzaga University.
