Pioneer Telephone board honors Engstrom

The Pioneer Telephone Company of LaCrosse and Endicott board members, employees and their spouses gathered at dinner in Spokane Saturday to honor Gene Engstrom on his retirement. The occasion marked his service to the company since 1975. Durand Cox, president of the company, related the many advancements of the company throughout those years and thanked Engstrom for all his contributions and dedication. Bill Evans, past board member, presented the honoree with a special etched glass plaque as the appreciation gift.
