The 40th edition of the Whitman County Historical Society’s Ice Cream Social served up another Sunday of unique entertainment at the Perkins house in Colfax.

At top, the lineup of models for the fashion revue pose in their vintage dresses, part of the extensive Perkins collection, on the back porch of the house.

Heather Hochsprung Meyer of Colfax was moderator this year.

Colfax Distinguished Young Woman Lindsay Webber, middle left, treated the crowd with her vocal talents.

At middle right Claire, Steven and Ilena Smith of Moscow are shown testing the corn sheller, which was part of the antique equipment displayed by the Lewis-Clark Antique Power Club.

Jorja Koerner of Colfax awaits for her turn in the background.

Keith Paulson and Jim Kackman, bottom left, were among the ice cream servers at work.

A bottom right, Dylan Nails and his cousin, Madison Doak, take a spin to the music provided by the Snake River Six with Wallis Friel on the trombone.
