Rotary honors Kirkpatrick

Colfax Rotary Club presented a Paul Harris award to Al Kirkpatrick during a “changing of the guard” meeting June 28. This is the third time Kirkpatrick has received the Paul Harris award which involves a $1,000 donation from the club to the Rotary International Foundation.

Kirkpatrick and John Kehne this year split a term as Colfax club president and Kirkpatrick was also recognized for his part in raising $2,400 for Rotary’s efforts against polio.

Scott Ackerman was installed as the club president for the upcoming year. Kim DeHart was installed as vice president.
