Real world health costs

Recently our government courts ruled to uphold “Obamacare” and enforce that the public will be fined if you do not have health insurance. I’m curious where this is going to leave the general population.

I own and operate my own business and we make a very modest living. In order to grow our business we really need to hire someone to help us. As a small business we are unable to afford health care for any employee, let alone ourselves.
