Recovery topic set for C of C luncheon

Seven Steps to Economic Recovery will be the topic of Colfax Chamber of Commerce noon luncheon Tuesday, July 17, at the Colfax Golf Course. Chris Cargill, Eastern Washington director of the Washington Policy Center, will be the speaker. Also, Colfax Golf Club will offer a 50 percent discount to attendees on any greens fees or cart rental purchased that day.
