Mimi's Bakery to open Aug. 10

Mimi’s Bakery in Palouse announced its grand opening Friday, Aug. 10, from 6:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Free samples, coupon giveaways and door prizes will be handed out.

Owners Steve and Mary Martin of Tensed say there will be a few “soft openings” between now and Aug. 10.

Mimi’s Bakery is located on the Beach Street side of the St. Elmo Building. It will specialize in handcrafted breads and pastries made from scratch. This includes breakfast sandwiches, salads with dressings along with fresh-baked cinnamon rolls.
