Kicking Mercedes nets charges

Michael P. Walsh, 22, Pullman, has been summoned to court Aug. 17 after a charge of malicious mischief in the second degree was filed against him last Friday in superior court. The Pullman Police report filed with the charge alleges Walsh was observed hitting and kicking the side of a Mercedes which was parked in the Adams Mall lot on campus last April 5.

The report said the suspect denied kicking the side of the car, but police determined a shoe print on the side of the car matched the sole pattern on shoes he was wearing.
