NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Whitman County, Washington will meet in its office in the Whitman County Commissioners' Chambers, in the Courthouse in Colfax, Washington on Monday, the 17th day of September 2012, at the hour of 11:15 a.m. for the purpose of considering an Amendment to Whitman County's Six-Year Road Program (2012 - 2017), at which time and place any taxpayer may appear and be heard for or against said program.

After the 20th day following the sale the purchaser has the right to evict occupants who are not tenants by summary proceedings under Chapter 59.12 RCW. For tenant-occupied property, the purchaser shall provide a tenant with written notice in accordance with RCW 61.24.060.
