A $50,000 bail bond requirement was set for the pre-trail release of Dustin D. Clark, 20, Uniontown resident who was booked into the county jail after deputies responded to a domestic violence report from E. Woodworth in Uniontown. Clark has formerly been charged with four counts of malicious mischief, two counts of assault and one count of possession of methamphetamine.
The arrest report said they received a report Sept. 4 at 6:51 p.m. from a woman who said her son was assaulting her. Deputies said they learned later that the suspect was also suspected of assaulting a friend of his mother at another residence.
The report said Clark struggled with deputies when he was located outside of another residence at Uniontown. He allegedly spit in the back of the sheriff’s car and then kicked and damaged the vehicle while he was removed.
He was later placed in restraints and put back into the vehicle. The report said Clark managed to stick his head through the containment cage in back of the patrol vehicle and vomited on the computer and radio in the front of the vehicle.
