Palouse Prairie Foundation seeks grant applicants

The Palouse Prairie Foundation is now accepting mini-grant proposals to promote the conservation and restoration of Palouse Prairie and to raise public awareness of the scarce ecosystem. The grant program is for students, teachers, conservationists, landowners and others interested in conserving and restoring remnants of Palouse Prairie. Grants range from $50 to $500. Application deadline is Oct. 12.
