Eagle girls win at Pasco

SJE girls won an SE race last Wednesday on the Big Cross course at Pasco with Heather Siegel again taking the girls race at 21:15, 37 seconds ahead of Victoria Nunez of TCP.

The Eagles rolled out a team score of 20 with Jordan Porubek 3rd at 21:59, Shania Bailey 4th at 22:27, Sammie Bailey 5th at 22:35, Jade Porubeck 6th at 23:31 and Annie Bailey 15th at 25:22.

Luke Bailey finsihed 17th for the Eagle boys at 20:22 behind the 17:01 win by Seth Deal of Waitsburg/ Prescott. The host Jags claimed third through eighth for the team win at 25 points. Other scores for the boys were Waitsburg/Prescott 38, Tekoa/Oakesdale/Rosalia 92, Pomeroy 97 and Asotin 119.

Other team scores for the girls were TCP 41, and TOR 65.

Placing for the Nighthawk boys were Dalton Jacobs 15th at 20:18, Dillon Jacobs 16th at 20:20, Brett Curtis 26th at 21:56, Parker Perry 33rd at 22:48, Gage Merritt 35th at 23:04, and Cody Anderson 47th at 31:03.

Placing for the ‘hawk girls were Courtenay Perry 6th at 23:26, Kimberly Groom 12th at 25:14, Melissa Groom 20th at 28:45, Mackenzie Dempsey 21st at 28:57, and Kayler Dub 24th at 30:00.
