About a year ago, when Columbia Bank was new to Colfax, they were looking for a way to express positive customer service, a strong value of the bank. They looked at a number of other Columbia Bank branches and the things they did for their customers. A number of branches serve cookies in the lobby one day a week, and the staff at Colfax really liked the idea.
