All Purpose 4H starts new year

LaCrosse All-Purpose 4H Club will have its first meeting of the year next Wednesday, Oct. 10, at 6:30 p.m. at the LaCrosse School library. Youngsters interested in joining the club are urged to attend. The club offers programs in beef, swine, horse, exploring, farm animals, sewing and shooting sports to children from kindergarten through high school, although some projects are limited to third graders and older.

Also, the club is always looking for volunteers to help with student programs. Those who would like to volunteer are urged contact Stacy Aune. A one-day training and paperwork session is required.

LaCrosse-Washtucna Tigercat Booster Club annual membership dues are due the first week of October. Contact Wendy Fleming or Stacy Aune for more information.
