TOR runners place eighth

Nighthawk runners placed sixth in the Bullpup invitational Saturday on the NWC course at Colbert. The ‘hawks booked a team score of 208 behind the 33 point win posted by Lakeside runners in the team scoring.

Scott Kopczynski of East Valley led a field of 56 runners in the boys varsity race with a 17:41.

Finishing for the Nighthawks were Drew Howard, 30th at 20:59; Dillon Jacobs, 43rd at 22:48; Tanner Dingman, 45th at 23:11; Brent Curtis, 49th at 23:36; Dalton Jacobs, 50th at 23:38; Gage Merritt, 51st at 23:45, and Parker Perry, 52nd at 24:23.
