Tekoa/Oakesdale/ Rosalia coach Kaleb Madison was named Seattle Seahawks Coach of the Week for his team’s 34-0 pasting of Dayton Sept. 28.
The Seahawks honor included a $500 award to the football program, a Seahawks jacket and tickets to a home football game.
Coach Madison credited his staff and the hard work of his team for the Seahawks honor. Recipients are picked by a panel from the Washington State Football Coaches Association.
The ‘hawks lost their first game of the season Friday, falling 38-12 at DeSales.
