ORDINANCE NO. 219-12
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF FARMINGTON, WASHINGTON, amending Ordinance No. 210-11 (as previously amended by Ordinance 217-12) thereby revising the Street Safety Fund, Water Deposit Trust Fund, Street Fund, Water Fund, Water Bond Fund, Sewer Fund and CDBG Wastewater set forth in the 2012 Annual Budget for the Town of Farmington.
THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF FARMINGTON does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No 210-11 adopting the”2012 Annual Budget for the Town of Farmington, Washington” (as previously amended by Ordinance 217-12) is hereby amended to include those particular budget revisions set forth in Section 2, below.
SECTION 2. Estimated resources, including fund balances for each separate fund of the Town of Farmington, and aggregate totals (net of transactions between funds) for such funds combined, for the year 2012 are set forth below and are hereby appropriated for expenditure at the fund level during the year 2012 as set forth below:

Sealed proposals for this project will be received by the Board of County Commissioners of Whitman County, State of Washington, at its office in the Whitman County Courthouse in Colfax, Washington, until 11:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time, on Monday, November 19, 2012, at which time all bids will be opened and publicly read.
Each proposal shall be separately sealed in an envelope addressed to the Whitman County Board of County Commissioners with the name of the bidder and the project name written plainly on the outside of the envelope. (NO FACSIMILES ACCEPTED)

NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the City of Tekoa in the City Hall Council Chambers, 419 N Washington, Tekoa, Washington, on Monday November 5th, 2012 at 6:00 PM.
The purpose of the public hearing is to review community development and housing needs, inform citizens of the availability of funds and eligible uses of the state Community Development Block Grant (CDBG),
and receive comments on proposed activities, particularly from low- and moderate-income persons. Up to $35,000 for a single jurisdiction or $40,000 for a multiple jurisdiction project may be available to the City
to fund a planning project that principally benefits low- and moderate- income persons.
An outline of the proposed Pavement Management and Prioritization Plan project will be available for review at Tekoa City Hall, October 25th, 2012. Comments may also be submitted in writing to the City of
