Sealed proposals for this project will be received by the Board of County Commissioners of Whitman County, State of Washington, at its office in the Whitman County Courthouse in Colfax, Washington, until 11:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time, on Monday, January 28, 2013, at which time all bids will be opened and publicly read.
