Carley Bros. have lately added to their already well-equipped machine shop in this city, a machine for gumming crosscut and circular saws. Parties having saws which need regumming can now be accommodated at the “Colfax Machine Shop.”

Owing to the death of Mrs. Devlin, the supper for the masque ball was not given at the Thielsen House, but the hungry dancers were treated to a fine supper at the Baldwin House, which was pronounced the “best dance supper ever given in Colfax.” It was, and no mistake.
