Kellogg, Jasper Andrew, was born Jan. 1 at seven pounds, six ounces, first child to Darren and Stephanie Kellogg of Moscow, Idaho. Paternal grandparents are Gary and Randi Kellogg of Genesee, Idaho. Maternal grandparents are Paul and Janelle Kuesport of Post Falls, Idaho.
