Colton’s defending 1B champs stacked two more heavy wins last weekend to remain two notches ahead of the SE pack as the second league round winds down.
The Wildcats hammered third-place Tekoa/Oakesdale on their home court in the Saturday round and then traveled to the Tri-Cities for a big win over the Patriots.
Colton girls Friday will roll to St. John to play the second-place Eagles who are two games back of the league leaders. The Eagles Friday posted a power win over Touchet to offset an earlier upset by the Indians on their home court.
