Arts Council extends banner date

The due date for entries for the 2013 H’Art of Palouse banner painting competition has been extended to March 15, according to Colfax Arts Council President Bill Reynolds. The commission decided the number of entries was a little too low for a good competition and is giving artists some additional time.

“We definitely want to see a few more youth entries,” Reynolds said. “If anyone needs help with the $10 youth entry fee, let us know. One of the CAC members has offered to furnish scholarships.”
