F.A. Walpole, an artist with Lewis & Dryden printing company of Portland, Oregon, is in the city. He is engaged by the publishers of the Commoner to take sketches of Colfax which will be issued with our mammoth immigration edition. Five thousand copies of this edition will be issued in a few weeks, particularly devoted to general history and description of the Palouse country and its towns.
