Local fans support Eagles basketball team

Many residents rolled to Spokane last week to watch the SJE girls place fourth in the WIAA state finals for 1B teams at the Veterans Arena.

Trinity Lutheran Church Elizabeth Circle Tuesday met for a sewing session. Wednesday the Church hosted the Soup and Bread dinner for the community.

Jenny Meyer hosted the DNI Pionchle Club at her home. Present were Sharon Huff, Marcia Honn, Anne Lowe, Jerine Grey, Judy Cook, Shirley Morasch, Kathy Storment, Ann Stoner, Lorena Mattly, Carol Mitcham, Dee Anne Hill and Jenny Meyer.
